Iranian statistical society

The ISS holds "the Iranian Statistics Conference" once every two years in cooperation with one of the universities or governmental statistical institutions. The first in the series was held at Isfahan University of Technology with over 500 participants, May 26-28, 1992. The Proceedings Volume, followed by the Invited Papers Volume was published earlier. It includes the contributed papers and the abstracts of the posters presented at the Conference, in two sections of both Persian and English. Other Iranian Statistics Conferences have followed the suit.
