The 4th international seminar on statistical education will be held from May 7-8, 2025 in Shahid Bahonar University of Kerman (SBUK), Kerman, Iran. ISSE 2025 aims to bring together leading academic scientists, researchers and research scholars to exchange and share their experiences and research results on all aspects of statistical education. It also provides a premier interdisciplinary platform for researchers, practitioners and educators to present and discuss the most recent innovations, trends, and concerns as well as practical challenges encountered and solutions adopted in the education of Probability, Statistics, Data science and other related topics. We cordially invite you to participate in our Seminar.
Topics for ISSE include, but are not limited, to the following:
- Teaching statistics, probability and data science in schools, universities and organizations;
- In-person and virtual training in statistics, probability and data science for teachers and students;
- Statistical literacy and its generalization;
- The role and position of artificial intelligence and machine learning in statistics education;
- Curricula and skills of statistics courses in universities;
- Teaching statistics and probability to students of other disciplines;
- Application of software in teaching statistics, probability and data science;
- History and philosophy of statistics and probability;
- The registration-based statistical system and its role in the population and housing census of the year 2025.
