The Journal of Statistical Sciences (JSS) is an official journal of the Iranian Statistical Society. This open-access peer-reviewed journal provides a national forum for refereed, original research papers in the area of statistical sciences and related applications. Prime importance is given attached to significant theoretical developments and to innovative applications of statistical methodology. Manuscripts submitted to the JSS must be in Persian and present original, unpublished work and should not be under consideration for publication elsewhere. The JSS is published in one volume of two issues a year and appears in June and December. Manuscripts should be prepared using XePersian (Persian version of LaTex) based on the style file available on the JSS webpage. All submitted manuscripts will be peer-reviewed by independent and anonymous expert referees. The journal follows the instruction of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) with rigorous processes.
